Fees:
- Fees: in presence 150 EUR; remote 100 EUR (LINK)
- Fees for Ukrainian participant: in presence 5000 UAH; remote 4000 UAH (LINK)
Fees include:
- The participation in the sessions
- The publication of one paper on the dedicated issue of Procedia Structural Integrity
Supplementary papers
All the Participants are allowed to submit supplementary papers, with the following conditions:
- one supplementary paper could be presented and published in this case fee will increase:
- 50 EUR / paper
- 2000 UAH / paper for Ukrainian participant
The paper per paying participant will be accepted in the Procedia Structural Integrity issue dedicated to the conference only after being reviewed.
Cancellation policy
Conference registration cancelled on or before 01.10.2023 is refundable but subject to a €30 administrative fee. Registrants cancelling after 01.10.2023 will not receive a refund.
